Operation Meraki ReSet

Peer support groups are a safe space where Veterans can discuss day-to-day problems with other Veterans who have experienced trauma. While support groups have not been shown to reduce PTSD symptoms on their own, they can help you feel better in different ways. They can provide a sense of connection to other people, so a peer support group could be a great addition to your week. Support groups can also help family members or friends who care for Veterans with PTSD.

ReSet is focused on connecting Veterans with other Veterans to help navigate the day-to-day stressors they face outside the uniform. Once this program is funded, groups will be held every Wednesday beginning in February. Connect with us!
